      Good pay and benefits. Opportunities to go to various plants and see various processes. Gain knowledge in DCS systems and best practices.

      Cons

      There are a lack of growth opportunities for newer employees. Many tasks are off shored to India or Costa Rica. Creates gaps in work for newer engineers where you are expected to fill your own free time. Small office in Kansas City with mostly introverted engineers.
