Can be good, can be bad (be ready for bureaucracy)

Pros

- Good work/life balance. - Lots of opportunity (if you know the right people and have the right manager). - Lots of kind people.

Cons

- Siloes + red tape can make getting things done challenging. - Return to office policy's rollout was horrific. - Senior Leadership is often vague about changes - makes it hard to buy-in.

You can telework and you travel abroad frequently, although not with the most ideal conditions

Cons

very messy, managers lie to customers and also ask engineers for 2 week trips that turn into 3 months based on lies, overtime is hard to pay and schedule is never met including weekends and night chores completely after hours.
