Pros

The people you work with are great and upbeat. Management are not micro-mangers and let you take the reins of all situations and will step in when asked to do so. Good work/life balance.

Cons

They don't pay enough to keep young talent. They do not hire from within and instead hire people who know nothing of the products and the whole factory suffers.
