      Pros

      "Workers" want to get the customer taken care of and product out the door. Team atmosphere in that respect. Great products and technology.

      Cons

      HR is the worst I have witnessed of all the business units I have been associated with. Product line move was not well planned. Most Directors and VPs are more concerned about checking off boxes than improving the actual process. Is the process really the issue?? There is a cost for quality and DMC is seeing this negatively through the volume of RMAs. It can't always be about the lowest cost suppliers. Constant battle between manufacturing and sales, due to missed deliveries.
