Pros
Stable company. An old warhorse. Always delivers a dividend. Plenty of cash and old money.
Cons
Advancement is based on relationships - you better know somebody, otherwise, you are done. Management at corporate is out of touch. The magic touch is gone. The old habits of slash and cut, slash and cut has worn thin. If the CEO's grandmother's rent could be cut, this company would do it. Exhausting and ridiculous. Old habits die hard.
