      Great working environment Good Benefits Feel a sense of importance with my work Training is ample for those who seek it Lots of company investment in to the worker

      Cons

      It can be troublesome to move up in the company. Some jobs seem pegged for others before you even interview. Many higher up positions are not posted internally and are selected based on "who you know" . Not a lot of transparency with the process, one day someone becomes your boss without any idea that there was a position open for you to apply to.
