Management needs direction. They don't have the right vision. Seems like making a small decision for your small department needs approval from top management. Without meetings and making a case for something nothing happens. Every division is suffering due to this issue. Lot of talk from management but they don't know how to make it happen. Employees who comes forward and volunteers seems to be taken for granted. Low salaries for high technology positions.
