      Pros

      Very strong and capable leadership. Long history and lots of stability. They pay well once your in the door... don't expect much after that.

      Cons

      Internal processes are slow. This organization has become so bogged down bureaucratically that it takes far too long to get anything done quickly. It takes forever for a simple decision to be made.

      Pros

      Strong stable company. Brilliant upper management in the Fisher division, that is very respectful to everyone, and has the time to just chat a moment when you see them. I have no consideration to find employment elsewhere because i believe what they believe. Great core values.

      Cons

      What I have seen that worries me a bit, is HQ pushing for the bottom line to come up more with movement of domestic manufacturing to overseas, and is understandable to some degree; but; at what price will we pay in the end for the quality of the Emerson products sinking to make another dollar..
