Very slow management. Decisions on anything take months. Little to no appetite for risk. Pay quite low, alot of dedication to keep it that way.

Whomever runs their social media is doing a good job of making this place look better than it is. Lots of "throwing people under the bus" and expectations to go above and beyond for very little pay raise (less than inflation). Drab work environment with a lot of burned out (older) employees who are just waiting to retire.
