      Pros

      I do not know if it's just my team, and the Pillar I joined to (GFS) but Emerson is one of the unforgettable companies for me. They award and promote deserving people. They listen to everyone, no ranks are considered, everyone is protected and will be protected if you are in the right. There's a lot of benefits and people are friendly as well. Did not experience power tripping from the management. They love people engagement too!!

      Cons

      In my experience, so far nothing serious aside from long time wait for the release of back pay.
