      Opportunity to work on different product lines and plenty of mobility provided there are openings in different fields. Emerson is a service based company so there tends to be stable unless the product lines struggle to be profitable.

      Cons

      Different product lines/branches are compartmentalized. Company will layoff well seasoned staff at the first sign of economic hardship to maintain positive quarterly stock price up in an effort to please shareholders.

      Pros

      Pay is Good even though it is still an average compare to what market offers. Great working colleagues, the bonding is a genuine one. Benefits are fairly better than market eg: Yearly Bonus, AWS, Festival Bonus or Treat Overall Pros kept me personally going strong than Cons.

      Cons

      Quite a demanding job, required to attend meetings after work. Might not be suitable for people committed after work. At times, work load and pressure is intensive. There are internal politics, tried the best to avoid them.
