      Decent compensation, nice people, flexible work schedule, casual attire.

      Cons

      Siloed business platforms, every group does their own thing, no corporate unification or portfolio execution. Need to transform with a digital transformation mindset. Lots of IT software waste and antiquated processes.

      Growing, forward looking and adjusts to global financial outlook. Lead by a top notch CEO. Very large company, lots of opportunity.

      Cons

      Very risk averse, in some instances paralyzingly slow to move. Business Unit autonomy is a plus, until we try and deploy One Emerson Technologies. This can be very difficult and very slow across the platforms with differing agendas.
