      Pros

      Fantastic product and strong company growth. There are some very talented engineers at this company.

      Cons

      Leadership lacks ability to develop younger talent. Raw talent will show, but only the self driven will succeed. That said, there is little to help develop engineers so sub-par remain that way and talented end up getting fed up and leaving.

      Pros

      Good bodies, products and solutions are really good. well received name in the market, leader on technology. seen as customers 1st option out of many other competitors.

      Cons

      Very complicated matrix organization, The local management are kind off isolated, focus on numbers and long term planning while missing the low hanging fruits, job security is missing a lot of people leaving, pay is average while stress level is high, forget about work life balance it is not even an option. a couple of the MEA leaders are very pain in the ass and main reason for people to leave. The only reason I'm staying is because I'm waiting an attractive offer to leave!
