      Pros

      Taking quizzes to advance to next level is really useful and helpful at my production floor(DP Level). As a student, this is a great way to know how the modules work and if you willing to know more, you get to know how the electrical and mechanical components in the modules functions.

      Cons

      I don't think I experienced any downsides at Emerson Process Manangement.

      Close to home, some good co-workers. Benefits are okay.

      Cons

      Favoritism, poor management, the most unhappy professional workforce I have ever worked with and a huge focus on meeting short term goals at the expense of long term goals. Few women in higher positions. Good old boy atmosphere. Lots of politics.
