A great enviroment for learning, with bosses who generally are understanding,. There is work life balance, with not too much stress, unless there are datelines. If you have to travel, you won't get to travel in budget airlines
Cons
Mediocre salary, with annual increment of 2.5 to 5% and variable bonus at about 1 month only for past 2 years despite having highest ever sales, few out of office team bonding or recreational events
