Pros

The overall experience I gained during the time I worked at ENP was very positive. I learned more than I imagined and I was given multiple opportunities to travel and meet with the partners, which in fact, it was my favorite part of the job.

Cons

It is a very slow pace company to reach a higher position but it's because you have to really deserve it and work hard for it.
