Pros

Work load okay, Saturday's off. Very few projects came in, so there was a lot of jostling.The company is near Amity college, hence, there was a huge traffic issue.

Cons

Very unprofessional. Management was very unprofessional and they always wanted to please the US counterpart. Main job was done by a very few people, who kept on doing it as they didn't want to give up their coveted position. Leadership sucked

Well-established company with mature processes and governance. Cutting-edge products and solutions. Transitions from new acquisitions are managed well. Employee welfare and ethical standards are top priorities.

Cons

Tendency to become complacent - leaders have to go beyond traditional approaches and be more creative in their people programs. Regional set-up has been established and institutionalised well.
