      Well-organized, process management, good benefits compared with local employers, flexible working hours, great atmosphere of collaboration and working toward the same goal.

      Cons

      Difficult to make impact or move the neddle within a large organisation when you are not the owner of the resources. Power struggle within different teams for the attention of executive teams.
