      Pros

      Pays better, comparatively. Management is open to employees' suggestions/complaints and tries to be fair about it (it's impossible to satisfy everyone, a given fact). Company tries to balance work and play by providing fun activities for the employees and even their families, as well.

      Cons

      Too much dependence on the Austin site (mother site) and leaves little room for growth

      Pros

      Good opportunity to grow as long as you're willing to push yourself out of your comfort zone and take the initiative to seize job opportunities. Management does the best with the amount of slack their given.

      Cons

      Benefits and compensation lag behind the marketplace. Since the company's head office is in Austin, it's easy to feel like the Calgary office is forgotten about, and local management doesn't have enough control over the business.
