      Pros

      Not so hectic work for junior levels . Good work life balance . Training programmes are worth attending and are extensive. Technology used in the company is quite new and competitive.

      Cons

      Very unstable company in terms of acquisition and sell offs. In my 1.4 years i saw so many lay off and departments being closed. Package is average , but still not so bad .

      Is a good place to start your career and to develop business acumen.

      Cons

      Compensations are really bad, most of the people here is underpaid. Salaries are not based on positions but on degrees and experience, so you could have 5 employees all with the same job tittle but different salaries with differences up to 200k colones.
