      Pros

      EPM has a lot of scope to know new things and to gain knowledge. The security and trust the company infuses to its employees is valuable. One should work here at least once in their career.

      Cons

      There are very few cons, one of them being the night shifts. It disturbs your personal life and health, although you get extra money during night shifts this once aspect that i did not enjoy much.
