Good work-environment generally, nice company to lie low, do your work and get on with life. financially well-managed, so you can think of staying until you retire. There are growth opportunities, if you are smart and/or have a sponsor in higher management.
Cons
If you are ambitious but don't have a sponsor, you will get frustrated. Difficult to make your mark if you are not in sales or marketing. Salary is below average.
