      I learned so much in Emerson

      Pros

      The managers were very nice, they gave opportunities to employees to try many types of work. And every overtime can be paid by money or day off.

      Cons

      The marketing team did not adopt the advise from engineer about what product funtions are useful and what are useless, they just plan the product line according to particular customers' request before they pay for the bill. So we seldom had big orders.

      Pros

      I have joined Emerson before 2 months as a GET. Learning Opportunities for freshers. Helping employees are there. Good & Disciplined work environment. Satisfied compensation for freshers. Easy communication with senior authorities. Opportunity to work with top talents. Good reputation of company in market.

      Cons

      GETs are not treated as a GET.They think that GETs are novice in field of engineering. Allotment of final profile to GETs are not on the basis of their performance in respective field/project. Compensation increment is slow.
