      Pros

      Some of the pros are that the company is very aware of it's employees and their needs and problems, it helps the evolve and gives them the opportunity to learn as much as possible.

      Cons

      I can not think of anything bad to say.

      Pros

      Great environment and work atmosphere. Profit sharing program and other benefits make the overall package attractive. Competitive salary and bonus opportunities for top performers.

      Cons

      Management is out of touch with day to day operations, pay raises for promotions seem to be a set percentage no matter the number of pay grades jumped for promotion.

      Pros

      The people are incredibly smart, friendly, and driven. The company takes great care of its employees, offering everything from on-site massages to a good cafeteria to free counseling sessions.

      Cons

      Well, I do have to walk from one building to another a few times a day, and the sun is really bright... That's really the worst of it.
