      Pros

      Many different job opportunities within Emerson Climate. Most people have great personalities and are easy to work with. Room for growth and not likely to get stagnant in one position if you don't want to. Tuition reimbursement. Good health care. Pension and 401K plans.

      Cons

      10 years before third week of vacation. Average pay with small raises. Not as many purely technical positions available. Mostly project management for engineering.

      Emerson is an industry leader in many areas, so this offers lots of opportunity to work on meaningful projects. The pay is very competitive, and they value their employees.

      Cons

      The benefits are only decent, but probably a little above average for the industry, which is extremely competitive. Some of the divisions are a bit dinosaur-like.
