It's hard to identify the cons but I would have to say that the fact that we are a lean organization creates a more challenging environment than perhaps others may experience. Overall, this means even more opportunity to get involved in several areas of the company.

They buy new companies on a regular basis, Transfer their IP overseas and then lay off all the workers except a few senior management that are brought into corporate. There is no feeling of stable employment.
