Management does not communicate to it's reports or employees. Back stabbing and undermining is rampant. Very unprofessional behavior from the Director level. IT drives how the business should use technology. They are implementing Oracle 11i instead of R12, 11i is already shelved. VP's with lack of leadership skills. Veteran employees unwilling to accept change. Poor benefits package.
