      Pros

      Strong stable company. Brilliant upper management in the Fisher division, that is very respectful to everyone, and has the time to just chat a moment when you see them. I have no consideration to find employment elsewhere because i believe what they believe. Great core values.

      Cons

      What I have seen that worries me a bit, is HQ pushing for the bottom line to come up more with movement of domestic manufacturing to overseas, and is understandable to some degree; but; at what price will we pay in the end for the quality of the Emerson products sinking to make another dollar..

      Pros

      The company allows its employees quite a bit of autonomy. Emerson also offers in-house training for its employees.

      Cons

      Emerson's goal is to continue to grow its low cost country workforce and supply base. This does not bode well for the future of its employees and operations in the US and Europe.

      Pros

      One of the leaders in the Oil and Gas industry, Roxar gave me the opportunity to learn a lot about the industry. Good travel experiences, meeting and dealing with people on a global level.

      Cons

      Poor communication between senior management and staff in general. Not a lot of opportunity to grow inside the company, although it is promised from the begining.
