Pros

If you are placed in a great team with a great leader, you're gonna be one of the best. The culture between every team is different. You have to make sure that your leader likes you, or else you are gonna be bullied.

Cons

No Work-Life Balance. Forced Overtime. Mediocre standards towards leadership. Employees are seen as complainers, even if the management has been in wrong for most of the time. Transparency is not evident, decisions are done without notification to the employees. Development of employees are last on the priority list. No clear transition plan for workload of employees that are leaving. Low salary despite of additional workload. Performance reviews are used to attack employees that are seen as a threat to leadership. Promotions are done due to tenureship, not on merits.

Pros

People are fun to be with. If the company could only share its ideals to its employees, then it could boost its capacity to grow.

Cons

Salary is below the market range. HR has leakages on exit interviews. promotions are too stiff. Growth is basically on your own. Trainings are only provided to upper management with leadership track. Technical track exists only on certain business.

Pros

Good company to have on your resume. Well known in Industry and you get the chance to network with important people in other companies. A world company so international work experience is a possibility. If you need a particular device or tool all you need to do is ask and it is usually given.

Cons

*Office Politics* Yuo have to be a "Sqeaky wheel in order to get the grease". Morale not the best. ALOT of cost cutting (if you claim to be a great company why not act it) All emplyees work on the same team, why is there so much resentfulness towards one another?
