      Work life balance is fine, as people don't really care there

      Cons

      Management makes promises to keep or hire employees, even in written offers, and then don't fulfill them. It's not one case, it's pervasive in the company. It's their policy.

      It's a job and a paycheck

      Cons

      There is no diversity whatsoever - run by middle aged white men with little understanding of the real world. Low on the payscale. Good old boy network - just not a healthy environment notwithstanding their touting themselves as a "tech company". Would not recommend working here.

      When I first started it was a great place to work, with strong values, great portfolio, strong strategies. It is now going through some dramatic changes.

      Cons

      Overdependence on oil & gas markets makes it vulnerable. Long term strategies unclear
