If you make goal one year get ready, you WON’T make it the next! Basically you can expect a good bonus 1 out of 3 years. In the years you don’t have a shot it’s known as a “correction year”, where you scrap by with below average pay trying to do as little as possible. Expectations and pay aren’t inline and this company could care less about morale. Unless you leave emerson and come back, you won’t make near what you can at other companies in the industry. If you hire in early in your career and they get you cheap, expect that to follow you throughout your time with the company.
