They sat judging me the whole interview. Obviously just going through it all out of some courtesy to make them selves feel better. Didnt have the decency to tell me I had no chance. Just fed me the usual, we'll go over things and get back to ya crap. Such fine outstanding people dont want trash like me working there.

Emerson tells you from day 1 that if you're there for money you're in the wrong place. No performance bonuses so all workers all get the same raises. During COVID, corporate rushed to get everyone back into the office. Didn't seem the safest despite safety being Emerson's #1 priority. Very hard to move up in the ladder. May have to switch roles and departments to get a big promotion.
