      Big company opportunities to put up some big numbers and impressive results. Fortune 500 benefits package

      Cons

      You're nothing but a number to them. They talk big about putting people first, but push come to shove, they'll throw you under the bus.

      Safety is a farce

      Pros

      profit-sharing, yearly party, potlucks, and the cafeteria had good cookies for the first ten years.

      Cons

      racial violence, stalking, managers were not qualified leaders, and bullying was an accepted part of office culture (in fact, people received trophies for bullying), the constant massive lay offs (full disclosure: I survived the layoff and left the company on my own accord).
