      Would not recommend for Software Developers - better off somewhere else

      Pros

      Really not much pros to be said about working there as a software engineer

      Cons

      Culture - very old and strict Lots of fighting in meetings and unprofessional behavior among seniors, directors, etc. Not software focused - they make money off hardware Always budgeting issues - they don't like investing into software or the development team

      If you look for a job to spend last few years before retirement, this is the best place!

      Cons

      This is the place lack of process, lack of leadership. There is no accountability. People who are good at talking/ making power points and taking other people's credit are on the way up. Very bad culture.

      Lack of Clear Growth Planning Lack of Cohesive Management Direction Lack of Managerial Support for Decision Making Lack of Budget for Proper System Sizing Lack of Competitive Compensation based on Skill Set Work/Life Balance is more skewed towards Work than Life Cross-Training is Rare, Backup also Rare
