Great Profit Sharing, Painful Layoffs

Pros

Profit sharing is nice and you get full money after 5 years if you last that long without being laid off. In the good years it cna be 15% of pay. Somewhat flexable with schedule.

Cons

No 401k match but profit sharing. Temporary workers recieve no benefits. Pay is barely at market rates. Lots of internal politics and favoritism within management. Outsource work to 3rd world countries such as Costa Rica and the Phillipines while laying off people in the U.S.

Pros

You get to work with a lot of talented people. This is a good place to gain experience.

Cons

Salaries are well below average. No room for growth. Any attempts to move to other divisions are usually thwarted by managers behind the scene.

Pros

Pay is good depending on job description, health benefits, daily work atmosphere is professional, if you push enough you may receive additional training or access to courses

Cons

Morale can be low due to lack of communication from upper management, no feeling of real contribution, working across departments can be difficult due to processes
