Other UPS companies give there employees sales commissions Emerson does not. They have a point system that is very inadequate like $100,000 in sales will get you a PlayStation 3. Third party sales companies get all the money from any sale even though you did all the leg work. They are not willing to pay people enough to keep them, witch leads to techs having to travel outside of your area to support lost employees in different areas. They roll out new programs and units without proper testing and they fail for the first 2 years until someone gets their head out of their ^$$. No one gets fired unless you are in the field.
