While Executive Management makes their “strategic” decisions for the company, the employees suffer the most. Executive Management seems to have job security while many employees are left wondering when the next lay-off will be. This culture is not conducive to growth or a healthy career. The Company focus needs to shift. They have assets and can acquire new companies but cannot be strategic enough to keep their loyal employees that make pennies compared to their Executive salaries. Be careful of all the politics with this company.
