      Pros

      International perspective, reasonable pay, many ERGs to connect with coworkers (but not to be seen as support from upper management or a means to help further your career)

      Cons

      No growth internally. Outdated resources and a dying industry will limit opportunities if you leave the company. Poor management and constant changing of roles and restructuring departments. There is broad internal support and promotion of managers across the company with HR violations.

Refused access to FEA, refused math cad and other standard tools Everything done in excel, same problems solved over and over No assemblies defined in CAD…Egad…. Worst place I ever worked
