      Pros

      Will invest in tools and facilities as needed to support the generation of income. Salaries competitive when you come out of school.

      Cons

      Will sacrifice employees for the bottom line and wall streets view. Salaries lag severely after 5 years there. Benefits are being cut yearly to the lowest common denominator for the companies they own

      Phenomenal People who genuinely care about one another and what they do. Very good leadership, focused on development and encouraging personal growth.

      Cons

      Company policies are killing morale and everything people have worked so hard for over the last 100 years.
