1. Increments around 10% every year 2. Work life balance (depends how good your manager is) 3. A very good company for female employees

1. Career opportunities not to that great. May ruin ur career rather 2. Lazy and sluggish processes 3. Talent not developed and appreciated ( depends on ur managers) 4. No onsite opportunities 5. Politics 6. Less salary as per industry standards

US people used to work with the team which is good. Relaxed work culture, no work pressure. Good HR policies

Cons

Local managers try to play politics. not much of quality work , its all same repetitive work. All good work, on site is for vendors not for own employees.
