      Pros

      Agile oriented, company cares about keeping up with new techniques/strategy. Focus on bringing in youthful talent to learn from the older guys looking to retire. Nice benefits, 401k matching, decent insurance, gym and cafe.

      Cons

      Moving up the rungs can take longer times unless you constantly make effort to.
