It's a decent place to work. If you are an instrumentation and Control engineer or a process engineer, there are many opportunities here. There's lots of exposure to global clients and processes. Salary is decent too.

Cons

The salary could be bit better than what's generally offered, especially if you are a computer.software engineer. The grade change/ promotion process also takes a long time.
