Increment is flat to all yearly And around 10% Lot of trainings but major are only soft skill. Severance allowance.

Cons

It called him self as product base company but it's actually run as service model. Even worst than service as no back up for any projects resources if in case BU quits. Lack of very basic standard process in software development and testing. Immature leadership team. Spending long time here will certainly not good for techi guys.

Respectful management, balanced work life, Big company so there are opportunities to move around.

Cons

Not a top company in terms of pay, it is average but on the other hand they have a balance work load.
