Good incentives and energetic team

Pros

Good incentives, Energetic team, Decent staff size, they do place OPT students on projects (the average time to get a project is 2 to 3 months, since the market is bad) and this is with all the companies who are doing this business. They have a physical office in New Jersey. I will strongly recommend Vicky Sharma in sales and Ayush Choudhary in resource team to be contacted for fair deal.

Cons

Delay in salary sometimes, but not always. Few guys are still there, only focusing on office politics. Rest all is good.

Pros

I value Emonics’ strong commitment to professionalism, transparent communication, and consistent support for its consultants. The team is responsive, approachable, and genuinely invested in long-term relationships rather than short-term placements. I also appreciate the company’s focus on matching talent with the right opportunities, ensuring both client satisfaction and individual career growth.

Cons

While my experience with Emonics has been positive overall, there are a few areas that could be enhanced. Improving the frequency of proactive check-ins during long-term assignments would help consultants feel even more supported. Additionally, providing clearer timelines around onboarding processes and project updates could reduce uncertainty. Expanding learning resources or career development guidance would also further strengthen consultant growth and long-term engagement.
