Worst Company Culture

Worst HR, no employee friendly policy, no work culture. Company is driven by a crazy HR who lives in her own world. Not at all professional culture. Not sure how have they got "Best place to work" certification. Senior management has no clue what is happening in the company. No respect for senior team members. Hiring and Firing policy is strongly followed with no thought of impact of it on employees. Every head operates in silos, no integration at all
