Pros

I have been associated with this company for over an year and I must say its been best of my careers, they provide exponential growth in career. Right talent is always identified and uplifted at the same time I can easily maintain great work-life balance. Corporate office is well equipped as well. Great seniors and mentors I have worked with.

Cons

Trainees and freshers should be provided with proper training which is somewhere lacking

Pros

This company provides a gratitude in me when I become a rising start. The employees hard work and effort should appreciated to grow confidence in them. Emonics focus a lot on training and development of the employees. Personal level relationship with employees are good here.

Cons

Challenge to capture some candidates for niche level of requirement but still working for my best.
