      Pros

      Emonics LLC is a very good company having multiple Clients and Vendors spread across the world. They provide us job security and good benefits. H1B process for Masters students in USA is very smooth and they have an amazing Legal team who takes care all the deadlines in a very organized way. Kudos to the whole team for always helping and supporting their employees.

      Cons

      None that I can think of. They have a very broad team which supports all employees equally.

      Worst Management i have ever faced

      As per my experience i don't have anything positive to say.

      Cons

      My work experience with this company is very bad, They never prefer to have discussion with the employee while making any specific decision for him / her. They will make decision at their end and then inform you either it is bad for you. They don't care about your opinion. I have never faced this kind of worst Management in my professional career.
