      Great communication and management. They will set you up with a solid client and give you the resources that you need in order to succeed. You have to work hard to succeed.

      I've been working with Emonics since last 4 months and find it a great company overall. They see the potential in recruiters and give everyone a fair chance to prove themselves. I'm grateful to have recruiting experience with Emonics and their team in Hyderabad,India.

      Cons

      If you have a business owner mindset, there will be no cons of working here! You get out what you put in - many times over.
