Great benefits, relaxed atmosphere. Surrounded by forward thinking academics and talented healthcare leaders. There is no shortage of motivated thinkers. Also continually refreshing to work with learners and new Drs.

Cons

Sometimes political, but no more than any other company. Some times red tape can get in the way of real progress. Strong performers are not always held accountable for less than cordial interactions with others.

Cons

Cons - salaries not on par with market - at least for certain demographics, mgrs not held accountable for high turnover, discrimination is subtle but exists. too much nepotism
