Pros

The Benefits are great. Especially the Courtesy Scholarship which pays full tuition up to 5 credits per semester if you enroll at Emory.

Cons

Pay tends to be lower compared to market but job flexibility and great benefits make up for it.

A good, supportive environment. There is a positive culture. Health/wellness focused too.

Cons

The communication is on the slower side. Compensation is less than you may receive elsewhere, in exchange for a better work/life balance.
